Sunday Cat & Dog Adoption Hours at PetSmart (Extended hours)

Adoption Hours (To meet & interview a pet)
To adopt a pet from Humane Haven Animal Shelter, you should visit during our adoption hours. In this time you will have the opportunity to interact with the animal of interest to you, complete the application paperwork, and review the application process with our adoption agent. On Sunday April 30th, from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM Central Time, we have both cat and dog volunteers at the Bolingbrook PetSmart. They are very happy to meet with you in order to introduce you to the dog or cat that interests you, answer any questions you may have about our adoptable animals, help guide you through our adoption application process and inform you about how fulfilling it is to give a Forever Home to an animal in need!
Cats
During non-adoption hours and days, several of our cats are available to be seen via their plexiglass homes at the front of the PetsMart store (next to the Grooming Center).
Please call ahead (630-378-4208) or email (humanehaven@gmail.com) to be sure the cat you want to meet will be present during adoption hours!
Kittens are not housed at PetSmart and are only available to meet during adoption hours.
Please contact us at least one day prior to be sure the kitten or cat you wish to meet will be present!
Dogs
If you would like to meet one of our dogs, please call (630-378-4208) or email (humanehaven@gmail.com) at least one day prior to be sure the dog you wish to meet will be present during adoption hours!
