Do you have a passion for animals? Do you want to make a difference in the community, and feel the joy of watching someone find their ideal companion animal? Then please consider the gift of your time as a volunteer with us!

Humane Haven is an all-volunteer shelter that depends on the generous gifts of the time and effort of our volunteers to continue our mission of caring for, and placing, homeless cats from our community into loving Forever Homes. We have need for volunteers in several different roles within HHAS. We are looking for:

• a volunteer to work every other Tuesday evening (or afternoon!) at our cattery within BBAC. This is a “clean and feed” shift.
• a volunteer to work every Sunday evening (or afternoon!) with our cats on display at the Bolingbrook PetSmart. This is a “socializer” shift.
• a volunteer to work every other Saturday morning with our cats at Bolingbrook PetSmart. This is a “clean and feed” shift.
