The October 2018 edition of For The Love of Animals is now available online courtesy of Bolingbrook Community Television Channel 6!  This month we get to share a great mix of adoptable cats with you, talk about the success of our September fundraising events, and also share another visit with Dave, from Dave DiNaso’s Travelling World of Reptiles. Just in time for Halloween, you’ll get to meet one of the largest spiders in the world!

We are so pleased to start the Halloween season off by introducing you to Jet, a beautiful and sweet black cat who enjoys playing with kittens and wants to share his love with your family. Russel is an energetic orange tabby who needs to be an only cat and be part of an established household with no dogs or children. Zara is a special kind of kitty – she’s an orange tabby girl! You can also meet beautiful Beans, quiet Cadberry, the stellar Orion and our big loving boy Mickey. Halfway through our cats, Dave makes an appearance with Webster, a Brazillian Salmon Pink Goliath Tarantula. We also will introduce you to Vickie and Jay, a mother and son pair of volunteers who help make our PetSmart cats happy and comfortable. We also share news and photos about the success of our two September events, the annual Garage Sale and the shiny Pokémon GO Community Day raffle put together by the wonderful folks of the Bolingbrook Pokémon Raid Discord and hosted by It’s So Fluffy Pet Bakery!
