The September 2018 edition of For The Love of Animals is now available online courtesy of Bolingbrook Community Television Channel 6! This month we get to share a great mix of adoptable kittens and senior cats with you! We start with “spoke-purrrr-son” Autumn, who is a senior success story adopted from Humane Haven! Autumn helps the team explain why a senior cat can be a wonderful part of your home, the importance of regular veterinary exams and some tips on introducing a new cat to your household’s pets.
Here’s your chance to show off your own Humane Haven success story: We’d love to learn more about your “happy tails” of adopting from us! If you have videos, pictures and stories you’d like to share (or if you’d like to appear on For The Love of Animals to tell us about your kitty success story) we’d love to hear from you! Send your email to us at humanehaven@gmail.com or call us at 630-378-4208 and leave a message on the “Cats” line to let us know you’d like to tell us about your kitty!
This month you will meet our adoptable kittens Mufasa, Simba, Nala and Kiara — the “lion pride.” Also featured is Mo, a handsome orange fellow, and two beautiful black kittens, Stuart and Minion, a bonded pair who would love nothing more than to go together to share a lifetime of adventures in a Forever Home.
We feature Max Cat, an adult kitty who wants to be part of a family with kids he can spend time with, as well as seniors Maurice and Seti. All three are fantastic cats who have lots of love and happiness to share with whomever is lucky enough to adopt them. Could it be you?
We hope that you will enjoy this episode of For The Love of Animals and we are eager to see you here again for next month’s show!
